Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of music, media, or other content through Harmonify complies with applicable copyright laws, licensing requirements, and platform policies.
Mirox Studios, LLC does not represent or warrant that any content accessible through Harmonify is licensed for a particular use.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to content where legally required.
Harmonify is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee:
The Bot may be modified, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without liability.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor use of the Bot and investigate violations of these Terms.
We may remove access, disable features, limit usage, or take other actions that we reasonably believe are necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or service integrity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARMONIFY IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
MIROX STUDIOS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
YOUR USE OF THE BOT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIROX STUDIOS, LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE BOT.
IF LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MIROX STUDIOS, LLC SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mirox Studios, LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Mirox Studios, LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mirox Studios, LLC regarding Harmonify.
